The job advertisements will be separated into male and female to find out any differences. The analysis would be efficient to get the findings. For the target job advertisement, I would like to target the job advertisement that hiring a tutor for a primary school or secondary school. It is because most of the people in Hong Kong hire a private tutor for their children, especially the primary and secondary school student age.

Analysis
I collected 10 sample for this content analysis randomly from 3 different job-matching websites. I will analyse the content into 3 different aspects, which is the gender requirement, the salary of different gender and the subject.
Firstly, there are 5 of 10 advertising posts that seeking for a female tutor. It is 50% of the total sample. There is only one advertising post that is requiring a male tutor.

Secondly, it is difficult to analyse the relationship between the gender and salary. It is because there are many issues that will affect the salary that provided by the hirer. The family income, subject, the experiences of the tutor and the ages of the student can cause the salary range for the tutor.

Third, there are 5 of 10 advertising posts that seeking for a female tutor. 3 of 5 posts are seeking for an English tutor. It means that people have a concept that female have a better language skill than male. There is only one advertising post that is requiring a male tutor. That post is seeking a Maths tutor. It represents the social perception that male has better performance of maths.
